Wireless Networking
Mobile and wireless computing have impacted the field of networking greatly. And a new area in mobile is the development of the small devices such as Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) or Palm Pilots, etc. For a definition of the PDAs do, look at this web page: http://www.projectcool.com/wireless/Door/11305 As people begin using PDAs and cell phones to store information, wouldn"t it be nice if all of their devices were connected, or networked? That"s where VPNs come in. A VPN is a virtual private network that links your PDA with your email with your cell phone. When you have this system, the same information is updated automatically every time on every device when you change the information in just one of these devices.
