 Mila Burlachenko, Technical Router
Mila Burlachenko is currently working as a Technical Router at Microsoft.

What exactly do you do?
"I've been with Microsoft for a year and a half working as Technical Router by providing technical support to different customers who are using Microsoft products."

How did you get into the field?
"I earned my AAS degree in Computer Information System and AAS degree in Data Processing & Programming. When I graduated from the college I applied for a job with Microsoft and was hired at Tech Support Router. I help customers with their issues, and help them resolve their technical problems with Microsoft products. It makes me feel good when I'm able to solve issues and that's why I love my job."

What do you think it takes to be successful in this field?
"I suggest to anyone to learn about products or application as much as possible. The more you know the better off you will be. Also, try to do some volunteer work so you can gain experience while still in college, so that when you graduate you already have experience because many companies won't hire if you don't have some experience."
