       The Educator-to-Educator IT Institute (E2E) at the NorthWest Center for Emerging Technologies (NWCET) is an Official WebCT Training Institute. As a WebCT Institute, E2E shares skills and techniques in creating powerful web based or web-enhanced courses with other educators in our region. The E2E WebCT Institute has four certified WebCT trainers that have trained hundreds of educators in WebCT and online course development. Currently over 260 courses are offered on-line at Bellevue Community College using WebCT.

        The E2E WebCT Institute is physically located in the NWCET building on the Bellevue Community College campus. The E2E WebCT Institute sends certified WebCT trainers throughout the Pacific Northwest conducting a range of WebCT courses and workshops for K-12 and post-secondary educators. The E2E WebCT Institute also conducts online courses for educators in WebCT and online course development. E2E WebCT Institute has delivered WebCT training online to educators as far away locations as Bermuda.
