Dr.
Royer has worked with Bellevue Community
College for the last ten years, specializing in:
- Researching job, technology and skill
trends, and training needs in the information
technology and informatics industry.
- Developing, assessing and revising
curriculum for information technology
and informatics degree and training programs.
- Consulting with faculty and administration
on curriculum directions and content
for information technology and informatics programs.
She is also a consultant to other
regional community colleges in technology
programs, including biotechnology,
nanotechnology and materials science.
Dr. Royer has worked with the NWCET
in the research and development of
information technology skill standards
and standards-based curriculum applications,
frameworks, and tools.
Additionally, Dr. Royer has over
ten years of corporate experience
as a research scientist and a manager
of research and development teams
in sensors and actuators
