Sandra Mikolaski currently serves as Curriculum Project Manager for NWCET. Her
responsibilities over the past 7 years include:

Managing and facilitating curriculum projects, programs, and resources
(including the work of internal and external partners and consultants)

Providing consulting, faculty workshops, and presentations on outcomes-based
curriculum, instruction, and assessment

Researching, developing and publishing information technology skill standards
and standards-based curriculum applications, frameworks, and tools
-
Providing technical assistance, field support, and faculty development in the
adaptation and implementation of teaching/learning strategies, models, and
processes
Dr. Mikolaski also has 20+ years of interdisciplinary experience in classroom
teaching, advising, and assessment; educational program and curriculum
development; and faculty liaison work, with a strong emphasis in instruction
and pedagogy. She continues to teach marketing and general business classes at
Bellevue Community College on a part-time basis, as she has for the past 10
years.
Additionally, Dr. Mikolaski has 15 years of management and consulting
experience in the software industry. Her primary focus within the technology
industry has been the soft issues of implementation, user behavior, and
organizational change. She has successfully applied this perspective to
marketing, application design, documentation development, and user
training/education.
