  Soft Skills Assessment for IT Core Curriculum Free Download arrow graphic
  This curriculum was developed as a response to faculty's request for a set of criteriaand guidelines to help them assess student performance of soft (employability/foundation) skills, such as communication, problem solving and teamwork. The skills included have been identified by industry representatives as critical to the success of all IT professionals. For each skill, 3 levels of proficiency with increasing skill performance and complexity are defined. Note: Although initially developed for IT programs, the guidelines in this document can be readily adapted and applied to any professional/technical program.
